Why we built it
A missed call is a customer who rings the next name
Small service businesses do the work with their hands: under a sink, in a treatment room, at a bench. The phone rings anyway. Voicemail is where many of those customers give up.
Ringlyx puts a front desk on that line. It answers, finds out what the caller needs, and tells you straight away when something needs you, so you can get back to the work.
We run it for you rather than handing you software to configure. That is deliberate: owners should not need to learn a new tool to answer their own phone.

Honest about the AI
Ava says she is an AI, and tells every caller the call is recorded. We would rather lose a lead than trick a caller.
Honest about the limits
She does not give professional advice, quote prices she was not given or promise a slot she cannot see. She hands those to you.
A person on the other end
We are a small company. When you sign up, we call you, and we stay in touch while your agent runs.
