Never miss another furnace or AC service call

The first cold snap of January or heatwave in July brings a flood of calls that a small HVAC crew simply cannot answer while servicing equipment. Ava answers every call day and night so you secure the work instead of losing it to the next company on the search list.

Where calls get missed

The moments a HVAC contractor cannot pick up

Peak season rushes

The first cold day of winter leads to back-to-back calls for no heat. Ava handles the volume, collecting details from every caller.

In a crawlspace

You are servicing a furnace and cannot hear or reach your phone. Ava answers and finds out if the caller needs a repair or a maintenance plan.

After hours

A customer calls late for an urgent AC repair in the summer. Ava takes their details, marks the call urgent and alerts you right away.

What Ava collects

The details you need to call back ready

  • Caller name and phone number
  • Service location
  • Equipment type, such as a furnace or air conditioner
  • The specific problem, such as no heat or strange noises
  • If they are an existing customer with a maintenance plan
  • When they are hoping to have a technician arrive

No heat in winter and gas leaks

Ava flags winter no heat calls as urgent and alerts you right away. If a caller smells gas or suspects carbon monoxide, she tells them to leave the building immediately and call 911 and the gas utility emergency line, giving no further advice.

What she will not do

  • She does not diagnose HVAC equipment issues.
  • She does not offer advice on repairing gas appliances.
  • She does not guarantee a technician's arrival time.
